Upgraded Premium Class Service Launched
by the Air China Call Center in Shanghai
As an endeavor to further enhance service quality for First and Business Class passengers and to increase sales of premium class products, the Air China Call Center in Shanghai formed a new sub-center on March 31, 2007. The new sub-center provides various services to First and Business Class passengers in Shanghai’s Pudong and Hongqiao airports. These premium class services include transfer services in Shanghai, ground transportation for passengers on the China-Germany and China-US routes, and general guidance to passengers departing from Shanghai. The phone number for the new sub-center in Shanghai is 86-4008-100-999.
To help build the brand image of premium class services and provide convenience to passengers with flight bookings and questions, the new division of the Call Center in Shanghai is also able to receive and handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails from outside of Shanghai.
