The second annual e-commerce workshop was attended by many Air China departments who gathered to discuss the development and implementation strategy for Air China’s 2008 e-commerce activities. Vice presidents of Air China, Mr. He Li and Mme. Zhang Lan, participated in the workshop as well as over 60 high level associates from Air China’s various commercial departments, Ground Service Department, Passenger Cabin Service Department and Service Development Department. Since the first e-commerce workshop in 2007, Air China has been aggressively developing its e-commerce activities. Air China continues to launch new websites in all of its international markets and improve self- service for online customers. Air China will continue to promote its e-commerce activities in 2008 by improving and expanding its web products, e-marketing and e-services. Air China will seize the opportunity of the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics to build a competitive website presence and excellent customer service centers. |
